In counter current to Industrial agriculture, Mr Giuseppe respects the old traditions, plants the corn from he makes the flour for the polenta and raises animals fed on hay he cuts himself, using their meat to prepare the salami. With these same products, Ms Matilde prepares delicious dishes, according to old recipes to fully express the culinary tradition forgotten with the passing of time that you can enjoy at Sosta Pincèè.
