The cuisine at Sosta Pincèè holiday farm is homemade, the menus are prepared daily based on the availability of ingredients.

THE MENU

You will almost always find:

  • Platters of our home-made salami and local bresaola ham
  • Gordona buckwheat noodles
  • Meat from our farm with Vegetables from the Garden and Polenta made from Our Corn
  • Cheeses from local organic producers
  • Homemade desserts

  • Chiavenna gnocchi
  • Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms
  • Ribs with polenta and vegetables
  • Jugged venison
  • Leg of Pork, Rabbit, Lamb and Kid
